Royce has lived in the Grand Valley for over 40 years. Since a young age he has been immersed into the outdoor wonders that the valley and surrounding area has to offer. He grew up working at his family’s local ski and bike shop the Board and Buckle still located on North Avenue.
He got his start in construction management working for Monument Homes in 1995. Since then he has started his own construction and real estate business.
